Repeat Prescriptions

If you require a repeat prescription we kindly request that you contact us before 1pm at least 24 hours before your prescription is required (48 hours on bank holidays and weekends). This will allow us time to get your vet's approval and to ensure that the product is in stock*

RCVS guidelines state that veterinary surgeons must examine the animals under their care on a regular basis to monitor their progress and to ensure that the prescribed treatment is effective. Therefore you may be asked to bring your pet to the practice for a consultation before any further medication can be dispensed. A Repeat Prescription Consultation Fee may be charged to examine your pet for a repeat prescription - this fee is at a reduced rate to our normal consultation rate.

*Please note that not all items are held in stock at the practice. To ensure that your pet does not run out of his/her medication please ensure that you plan ahead and order your repeat prescription well in advance.
